About Clare

Clare Ford is an award-winning education expert, international best-selling author, and founder of SwitchedON!, a global coaching and learning platform designed to help teens thrive – emotionally, academically, and beyond the classroom.

With over 20 years of experience in education, Clare has supported hundreds of young people and families through her unique blend of academic mentoring, mindset coaching, and emotional literacy development. She’s spoken on radio, podcasts, and global summits about redefining success for the next generation – with her signature methodology, The Teen Success Codes, now at the heart of her work.

After 12 years in the mainstream system, Clare experienced burnout and turned her breakdown into a breakthrough, creating a new path that honours both student wellbeing and future readiness. She now supports teens to grow in confidence, motivation, and self-leadership, while empowering parents to reconnect and raise switched-on changemakers.

Clare lives in Kent with her partner and two cats, and is a proud mum of her two young men who are now out of their teen years and just graduated from university.
