Impact - SwitchedON!

Our Impact

Here’s how we’re making an impact - one student at a time.

Imagine if every time your child showed up for themselves…

…they were also making the world a better place.

At SwitchedON!, every coaching session isn’t just about boosting confidence, focus or grades—it’s also about creating real-world impact through our partnership with B1G1.

From providing clean water to planting trees or supporting mental health, your teen becomes part of something bigger—aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Because when teens step into their power, they’re not just growing into confident learners. They’re stepping up as global citizens — contributing to a better world, one small action at a time.

Our Impact Map

Here’s How It Works

At SwitchedON!, giving isn’t an afterthought—it’s built right into how we do things.
Every time your teen attends a session, they get to choose from a range of global projects to support — thanks to our partnership with B1G1.

With just one click, your teen makes a real difference in the world—and sees it happen in real time.

It’s learning with heart. And a simple way to raise teens who think bigger than themselves.

Here are some of our students choosing their impacts after a session:

Our Impact So Far…

Join us on our global impact journey and see how small differences can have a huge impact. Take a look at our progress:

Why the SDGs Matter

In 2015, the United Nations introduced the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—a global plan to create a better, fairer world by 2030.

These 17 goals tackle the biggest challenges of our time: from poverty and inequality to climate change, education, and mental health.

At SwitchedON!, we’re proud that every giving action we make through B1G1 directly supports these goals.

Because here’s the truth: Young people care.

They see the issues. They feel the urgency.
But so often, they feel powerless to make a difference. That’s why this matters.

Each time your teen joins a session, they’re not only growing in confidence and purpose—they’re also part of something much bigger.

It’s a small action. But it creates real, lasting impact.

"We’re not just raising confident learners—we’re raising compassionate global citizens who know their actions matter."

Giving Stories

Every time a young person shows up to grow, the world grows with them.

Together with our students and families, we’ve already made a huge impact.

And we’re just getting started. Your teen chooses where the impact goes – so it’s their decision, their compassion, and their leadership in action.

Together, let’s switch ON something extraordinary — brighter minds and a brighter world.

She’s spoken on radio, podcasts, and global summits about redefining success for the next generation – with her signature methodology, The Teen Success Codes, now at the heart of her work.

After 12 years in the mainstream system, Clare experienced burnout and turned her breakdown into a breakthrough, creating a new path that honours both student wellbeing and future readiness. She now supports teens to grow in confidence, motivation, and self-leadership, while empowering parents to reconnect and raise switched-on changemakers.

Clare lives in Kent with her partner and two cats, and is a proud mum of her two young men who are now out of their teen years and just graduated from university.
