They will also be the active creator of their own mini meditations using descriptive and sensory writing, illustrations and audio recordings. Learners of any ability will benefit from this holistic, high vibe approach.
Because your child has created their very own mini meditation movie, you will have numerous opportunities to experience and enjoy calm and quiet time together.
