In this course, students will have the opportunity to experience various guided meditations for improved health, focus, creativity, and well-being as they begin to explore concepts of “grounding” and “breathwork” to calm the “monkey mind”. Read more about the benefits of meditation for kids.

They will also be the active creator of their own mini meditations using descriptive and sensory writing, illustrations and audio recordings. Learners of any ability will benefit from this holistic, high vibe approach.

Because your child has created their very own mini meditation movie, you will have numerous opportunities to experience and enjoy calm and quiet time together.

This will give you the opportunity to model how important quiet and reflective time is, while simultaneously strenghtening your bond and connection and elevating the vibration in your family home.  So powerful on so many levels!
