Welcome to this beginners course in meditation for children aged 6-12.

In this course, students will have the opportunity to experience various guided meditations for improved health, focus, creativity, and well-being as they begin to explore concepts of “grounding” and “breathwork” to calm the “monkey mind”.

They will also be the active creator of their own mini meditations using descriptive and sensory writing, illustrations and audio recordings. Learners of any ability will benefit from this holistic, high vibe approach.
