Clare Ford

Clare is an international best selling author, speaker, award winning coach and tutor and parent who is passionate about ensuring that children are “switched on” learners, accessing their natural gifts, abilities and talents to unlock their true potential and live purposefully. As a sought after academic coach and teen mentor, Clare combines her unique skill set and learning method to support families around the world. She facilitates the Home Education Hub, supporting a community of over 1.8K like-minded parents. Clare is going to share how you can help your child “switch on” for success, increasing their confidence, creativity and fulfilment.

Gemma Hindley

Gemma is a parent of children with special educational needs, worked supporting children in schools for over 15 years, a certified Mindset and Mindfulness Coach and Qualified Yoga Teacher.

She now runs a Facebook group called SEND Parents Well-being and Powerful Advocacy Project, working with parents struggling to get the support their children need to access education.

About Clare

Clare Ford is an award-winning education expert, international best-selling author, and founder of SwitchedON!, a global coaching and learning platform designed to help teens thrive – emotionally, academically, and beyond the classroom.

With over 20 years of experience in education, Clare has supported hundreds of young people and families through her unique blend of academic mentoring, mindset coaching, and emotional literacy development. She’s spoken on radio, podcasts, and global summits about redefining success for the next generation – with her signature methodology, The Teen Success Codes, now at the heart of her work.

After 12 years in the mainstream system, Clare experienced burnout and turned her breakdown into a breakthrough, creating a new path that honours both student wellbeing and future readiness. She now supports teens to grow in confidence, motivation, and self-leadership, while empowering parents to reconnect and raise switched-on changemakers.

Clare lives in Kent with her partner and two cats, and is a proud mum of her two young men who are now out of their teen years and just graduated from university.
